At Regis Tango students are taught authentic Argentine Tango. Our teachers have studied Tango in Buenos Aires, Australia and UK. They continue to learn from visiting maestros so students can be assured of up to date knowledge.
Tango is fun to learn, and if you can walk you can Tango.
Tango is for everyone whether or not you have previous dance experience. You will find Tango a sensuous dance of passion and connection. Mastering the basics with fun playful footwork is easy, before progressing on to more complicated advanced technique.
Our Tango classes are very relaxed and friendly. It does help if you can bring a partner, however we will change partners regularly during the lessons so that all students learn the basic essential skills of Leader and Follower. We do not insist on changing partners if you feel uncomfortable about this approach.
